GROWTH VELOCITY DIAGNOSTICS
Growth Velocity Diagnostics is our first product released from the ThinkGo Boost Platform. With Diagnostics, business leaders objectively identify their business' health and growth readiness relative to comparative businesses and planned trajectory. There are three plan levels for Growth Velocity Diagnostics: Ignition, Nitro, and Hyperdrive.
All of the Growth Velocity Diagnostics plans provide:
a thumbnail prospectus of your company's market positioning
current state of play of your company's growth relative to industry benchmarks
a maturity score report of your competencies in the 8 key areas of Organisational Capacity, Customer, Product, Marketing, Sales, Internal Operations, Financial Management and Strategy and Governance
monthly reassessment of all of the above items
Ignition
This is the starting point for your business diagnostic needs. With Ignition, you get an individual Growth Velocity Diagnostics report. The report objectively measures and benchmarks the health and readiness of your business for growth. Not only does it provide the diagnostics, but it also helps to reduce the time and ambiguity involved in the analysis. This offers an excellent jumpstart for startup leadership teams who desire quick insights into elements hindering their growth.
Nitro
With Nitro you get a step further. Along with the Diagnostics, you also get a tailored recommended list of actions to improve your business' growth competencies in areas requiring your energy and support. This option gives a decisive inroad into problem-solving, as you're not left to decipher the report alone. Precise actions are recommended based on comparative measures within the ThinkGo database, thereby saving you from implementing ineffective generic solutions.
Hyperdrive
The Hyperdrive plan is the full package, designed for teams of 5 or more people. Hyperdrive provides diagnostics, tailored actions for improvement, and a histogram of respondents' answers across the 8 perspectives covered in the assessment. This feature is particularly beneficial in tracking the collective team's perspective on Organisational Capacity, Customer, Product, Marketing, Sales, Internal Operations, Financial Management, Strategy and Governance, and applying it streamline to your business growth strategy effectively.
