ThinkGo Limited understands that your privacy is important to you. We are committed to protecting the privacy of your personally-identifiable information as you use the ThinkGo websites, “website”, “websites”, “site”, or “sites”.
ThinkGo Limited utilises services from our partners, “Third Party Vendors” or "Third Party / Parties" to deliver ThinkGo’s services and products to you. The Third Party Vendors are responsible for your personal and non-personal information collected and retained in their systems in order for ThinkGo to deliver our services to you. Each of the Third Party Vendors have their own Privacy Policy which has been reviewed and approved by ThinkGo Limited as keeping with ThinkGo’s Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy tells you how we protect and use information that we gather from you. By using this website, you consent to the terms described in the most recent version of this Privacy Policy. You should also read our Terms of Use to understand the general rules about your use of this website, and any additional terms that may apply when you access particular services or materials on certain areas of this website. “We,” “our,” "ThinkGo" means ThinkGo Limited and its affiliates. “You,” “your,” visitor,” or “user” means the individual accessing this site.
Personal and non-personal information
Our Privacy Policy identifies how we treat your personal and non-personal information.
NON-PERSONAL INFORMATION
Non-personal information is information that cannot identify you. Because non-personal information cannot identify you or be tied to you in any way, there are no restrictions on the ways that we can use or share non-personal information.

COOKIES
We may use cookies and related technologies, such as web beacons, to collect information on our website. A cookie is a text file that is placed on your hard disk by a web page server. Cookies cannot be used to run programs or deliver viruses to your computer. Cookies are uniquely assigned to you, and can only be read by a web server in the domain that issued the cookie to you. One of the primary purposes of cookies is to provide a convenience feature to save you time. The purpose of a cookie is to tell the Web server that you have returned to a specific page. For example, if you register with us, a cookie helps ThinkGo to recall your specific information on subsequent visits. When you return to the same ThinkGo website, the information you previously provided can be retrieved, so you can easily use the features that you customised. Third Party Vendors also may use cookies on our website. For instance, we may contract with third parties who will use cookies on our website to track and analyse anonymous usage and volume statistical information from our visitors and members. Such information is shared externally only on an anonymous, aggregated basis. These third parties use persistent cookies to help us to improve the visitor experience, to manage our site content, and to track visitor behaviour. We may also contract with a third party to send e-mail to our registered [users/members].

All data collected by this third party on behalf of ThinkGo is used solely by or on behalf of ThinkGo and is shared externally only on an anonymous, aggregated basis. USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
ThinkGo Limited may keep and use Personal Information we collect from or about you to provide you with access to this website or other products or services, to respond to your requests, to bill you for products/services you purchased, and to provide ongoing service and support, to contact you with information that might be of interest to you, including information about products and services of ours and of others, or ask for your opinion about our products or the products of others, for record keeping and analytical purposes and to research, develop and improve programs, products, services and content.
Personal Information collected online may be combined with information you provide to us through other sources We may also remove your personal identifiers (your name, email address, etc). In this case, you would no longer be identified as a single unique individual. Once we have de-identified information, it is non-personal information and we may treat it like other non-personal information. Finally, we may use your personal information to protect our rights or property, or to protect someone’s health, safety or welfare, and to comply with a law or regulation, court order or other legal process.
We may contact you periodically by e-mail, mail or telephone to provide information regarding programs, products, services and content that may be of interest to you. In addition, some of the features on this website allow you to communicate with us using an online form. If your communication requests a response from us, we may send you a response via e-mail. The e-mail response or confirmation may include your personal information. We cannot guarantee that our e-mails to you will be secure from unauthorised interception.
STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA
We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your Personal Data from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. We secure the Personal Data you provide on computer servers in a controlled, secure environment, protected from unauthorised access, use or disclosure. All Personal Data is protected using appropriate physical, technical and organisational measures. We keep information we collect about you depending on the type of information and how we collect and store it. After a reasonable period of time, we will either delete or anonymise your information or, if this is not possible, then we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further use until deletion is possible. Our Third Party Vendors' Privacy Policy provides details about how they store Personal Data.
We retain Personal Data that you provide to us where we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so (for example, as needed to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our agreements).
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Data, we securely delete the information or anonymise it or, if this is not possible, securely store your Personal Data and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible. We will delete this information at an earlier date if you so request, as described in the section "Privacy Rights and Choices" below.
If you have elected to receive marketing communications from us, we retain information about your marketing preferences for a reasonable period of time from the date you last expressed interest in our content, products, or services, such as when you last opened an email from us or ceased using your ThinkGo account. We retain information derived from cookies and other tracking technologies for a reasonable period of time from the date such information was created.
The data our customers process in connection with the Subscription Service is retained according to the ThinkGo Customer Terms of Service and Customer Data Processing Agreement.
SECURING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We have implemented generally accepted standards of technology and operational security in order to protect personally-identifiable information from loss, misuse, alteration, or destruction. Only authorised personnel and third party vendors have access to your personal information, and these employees and vendors are required to treat this information as confidential. Despite these precautions, we cannot guarantee that unauthorised persons will not obtain access to your personal information.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION
We will not share your personal information collected from ThinkGo's websites with an unrelated third party without your permission, except as otherwise provided in this Privacy Policy. In the ordinary course of business, we may share some personal information with companies that we hire to perform services or functions on our behalf. In all cases in which we share your personal information with a Third Party Vendor for the purpose of providing a service to us, we will not authorise them to keep, disclose or use your information with others except for the purpose of providing the services we asked them to provide.
We will not sell, exchange or publish your personal information, except in conjunction with a corporate sale, merger, dissolution, or acquisition. For some sorts of transactions, in addition to our direct collection of information, our third party service vendors (such as credit card companies, clearinghouses and banks) who may provide such services as credit, insurance, and escrow services may collect personal information directly from you to assist you with your transaction. We do not control how these third parties use such information, but we do ask them to disclose how they use your personal information before they collect it.
If you submit a review for a third party (person or business), during the submission process we ask your permission to gather your basic information (such as name and email address) which we then share with the third party for whom you are submitting the review.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION WITH OUR THIRD PARTY VENDORS
We may share Personal Data with our Third Party Vendor service providers to support our websites, products, and services. For example, we use service providers for to enable you to purchase our products, to process recurring subscription payments, , subscription purchases, data hosting, application development, marketing, sales support and customer support. We may need to share your information with service providers to provide information about products or services to you. Examples may include removing repetitive information from help desk service requests, analysing data or performing statistical analysis on your use of the Subscription Service or interactions on our websites, providing marketing assistance, processing credit card payments, supplementing the information you provide us in order to provide you with better service, developing and improving the product and services, and providing customer service or support. These service providers are prohibited from using your Personal Data except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your information. In all cases where we share your information in this way, we explicitly require the third party service providers to acknowledge and adhere to our privacy and data protection policies and standards.
SHARING PERSONAL INFORMATION FOR COMMUNICATIONS
We may share data with trusted ThinkGo partners to contact you based on your request to receive such communications, help us perform statistical analysis, or provide customer support. Partners are prohibited from using your Personal Data except for these purposes, and they are required to maintain the confidentiality of your data.
We also partner with trusted third parties to provide you with co-marketing content that we think may be relevant to you. When you engage with these co-marketing partners, they are obliged to provide you with a link to the co-marketing partner’s privacy policy and the ability to know how to opt-out of the partner’s communications. These co-marketing partners are required to adhere to our privacy and data protection policies.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA FOR CORPORATE EVENTS
If we (or our assets) are acquired by another company, whether by merger, acquisition, bankruptcy or otherwise, that company would receive all information gathered by ThinkGo on the websites and the Subscription Service. In this event, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice on our website, of any change in ownership, uses of your Personal Data, and choices you may have regarding your Personal Data.
SHARING PERSONAL DATA ON PUBLIC FORUMS
Our websites may offer publicly accessible message boards, blogs, and community forums (e.g. comments on our blog). Please keep in mind that if you directly disclose any information through our public message boards, blogs, or forums (including profile information associated with the account you use to post the information) it may be read, collected and used by any member of the public who accesses these websites. Your posts and certain profile information may remain even after you terminate your account. We urge you to consider the sensitivity of any information you may disclose in this way. This site may provide public discussions. Please note that any information you post in these discussions will become public, so please do not post sensitive information in the public discussions. Whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. We are not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users disclose in any such forums on the website. ThinkGo Limited does not agree or disagree with anything posted on the discussion board. Also remember that you must comply with our other published policies regarding postings on our public forums.
ACCESS, CHANGE / DELETE PERSONAL INFORMATION
You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally-identifiable information that you submit to the website. You may also unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations on the website. CHIILDREN'S POLICY
ThinkGo Limited will not intentionally collect any personal information (such as a child’s name or email address) from children under the age of 13. If you think that we have collected personal information from a child under the age of 13, please contact us.

ThinkGo Limited reserves the right to modify this statement at any time. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be listed in this section, and if such changes are material, a notice will be included on the homepage of the website for a period of time. THIRD PARTY VENDORS' PRIVACY POLICIES
ThinkGo’s website leverages our Third Party Vendors’ software as a service to deliver the features and value of our products. Currently our website platform is built on and integrates with the following Third Party Vendors. All Third Party Vendors’ have security protocol and measures in their systems and processes that prevent unauthorised access to ThinkGo customers’ data and personal information. ThinkGo continually reviews our Third Party Vendors’ privacy and security practices to ensure that our clients’ data is safeguarded and protected.
For Growth Velocity Diagnostics data, all data is encrypted in motion, at rest, and in backups. We use Transport Layer Security (TLS) encryption, HTTPS (RSA 2048 bit) for all transmitted data, and all data is held Encrypted at Rest, using Microsoft’s Transparent Data Encryption (TDE) on SQL Server Enterprise Edition. All backups are held encrypted.
You, our clients, control access to your reports and data in them, or for Hyperdrive for teams, access is controlled by you and your Assessment Manager.
