Can I pay monthly?
The short answer is that we only offer annual plans for Diagnostics.
GVD’s full value is realised when it’s used as a barometer measuring success of your change initiatives to level up on your business competencies. People resist change naturally and it takes a bit of time to see the results from making strategic and operational changes. We think that 3 months is the usual time to start seeing if your actions are having the effect you want or if more fine tuning is required. And then we feel you'll will want to amplify your success with more intensity and track how that's going. With this in mind, GVD needs to be used over a longer timescale than month-to-month. That's our rationale for offering an annual subscription only at this time. We'll be rolling out Mission Control and Delphi soon as part of the Boost Suite and we're considering a monthly subscription for the suite.
Can I cancel, upgrade, or downgrade later?
Yes, you can upgrade at any time.
If you cancel prior to your first subscription period (one year), no refund is available as per our Customer Terms of Service.
Downgrades are available upon request and for special circumstances. However, no refunds are available as per our Customer Terms of Service.
Will I be charged after the initial purchase?
Yes, you are charged at the time you purchase the subscription. You will be redirected to the Growth Velocity Diagnostics plan that you have purchased upon successful payment.

When your free trial ends your free trial subscription will end. By electing to partake in the free trial of ThinkGo Diagnostics you are automatically subscribed to our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe to at any time.
How do I increase my team size to more than 5 in Hyperdrive?
Hyperdrive for teams is priced in blocks of 5, 10, 15 and 20 members. You can increase or decrease the number of people contributing to GVD as needed, with a minimum of 10 people and 3 months required to access this elastic pricing model.
How do I find my account billing information?
